We love all of our clients at Neon Nails & Spa, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our friendly Salon. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. Take a quick read. BROKEN NAILS?

We understand accidents happen. If you happened to break a nail within 1 week, it's a free fix on us. All we ask is for you to be understanding of our busy schedule and call to allow us to set time aside to fix it for you. Was it our fault? Don't need to stress. There are many steps to take when applying your nail color or nail set. Please understand things may go wrong, but we take full responsibility. Let us know what happened and we will make it right for you. Just remember if it's past 1 week, we can no longer assume responsibility.

NEED TO CANCEL?

We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you notify us before your appointment comes up, we will happily delete it for you no reason needed. If you do not notify us, you will be marked a no-show. 3 no-shows on your account will bar you from booking online.

RUNNING LATE?

We do our best to maintain a consistent flow of customers into our salon. This means we may be booked to capacity. If you show up late to your appointment (without letting us know), we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to give you the complete allotted time since we don’t want to keep any of our other clients waiting unncessarily. Also, it is unfair to customers who may have wanted to come in during your alotted appointment time. One late client will push us back for the rest of the day, and put stress on our technicians. We do our best to honor your appointment if you are up to 15 minutes late, just as we hope you are understanding of us when we are a little late. However, during busy days, please understand that we may have to assume you're not coming at the 15 minute mark and allow any waiting customers to fill in the spot for our technicians.

Great customer service and great pedicure. My technician did an excellent job, very meticulous and awesome massage. I was well taken care of from the time I walked in to the time I left. Will definitely be making this my new spot!
